Please do not share my designs. The income from my designing business is what I do to help support my family. Sharing files really hurts.
My designs are for personal use only. NO COMMERCIAL USE IS ALLOWED.
** Use my product for a SMALL Home Based Business, provided:
1. You purchase a one year Angel Use license from www.kaymillerdesigns.com ( license must be purchased every year to continue using Kay Miller Designs graphics).
2. Your finished product is a PRINTED product numbering less than 100.
3. You do not REDISTRIBUTE the original files in any way.
4. You CREDIT me (name & website) somewhere on a credts page, or on the invoice to the customer. If selling your items online you must have a link back to www.kaymillerdesigns.com.
YOU MAY SUBMIT THE LAYOUTS YOU CREATE WITH THIS KIT FOR PUBLICATION. Please provide credits to Kay Miller Designs in the publication.
Terms & Conditions
These graphics and all graphics belonging to Kay Miller Designs can not be shared through any kind of groups or tutorials.
You may use my kits and graphics in tutorials as long as credit is given to Kay Miller of Kay Miller Designs and a link to my website is included where they may purchase the items needed for the tutorial. No pieces or parts of kits are allowed to be shared.
All rights to layouts, graphics, and kits are retained by the original creator of the layout/kit/CD - aka: Kay Miller Designs, Kay Miller. All graphic images are the intellectual property of Kay Miller Designs with all rights reserved.
YOU MAY:
You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications so long as credit and a link i.e. www.kaymillerdesigns.com, is given to the original rights holder. This includes any graphics that have been altered. I'm altered afterall, and I give credit.
You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).
YOU MAY NOT:
You may not claim graphics or altereded graphics as your own. Isn't that one of the Ten Commandments?
You may not submit the Kay Miller Designs sample layout as your own for any type of online, print, or other publication.
You may not make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.
You may not use any Kay Miller Designs graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without written consent by Kay Miller.
You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
You may not use any graphic(s) from this layout/kit/CD or site to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from this layout/kit/CD for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
You may not use Kay Miller Designs graphics in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.
Kay Miller Designs is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the Kay Miller Designs products.
Angel Use License Terms of Use
By purchasing and downloading an angel-policy user license, you are agreeing to the terms of use below, so please read them fully. All Kay Miller Designs graphics are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you. They do not become your property, you are obtaining a license use them.
This license entitles you to use Your Kay Miller Designs graphics in your small-business designs, projects, and ventures.
YOU MAY:
-Use these graphics to create handmade flattened printed out crafts.
-Use these graphics to create custom layouts, cards, scrapbook pages, tags, labels, announcements, etc.
-Use these graphics to make personalized candy bar wrappers and paint cans, etc.
(*All items for sale by you, using Kay Miller Designs graphics should have proper credit and a link to Kay Miller Designs.)
YOU MAY NOT:
-Create website designs or templates to sell.
-design templates with these pages to sell on any CD, website, eBay or in any other form.
-republish these graphics and put them on a cd.
-claim these graphics as your own
-make Quick pages to sell digitally or printed.
- alter these graphics and call them your own
- take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own
-offer them in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually for either for sale or free
-make graphics into tubes or brushes for use with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistribute them in any way.
-offer any Kay Miller Designs graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
-make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
-make Rubber Stamps
-make Cross stitch kits
-make Scrapbook Kits
- add them to Software Programs
-Produce projects for mass production or distribution.
